With an Honors Degree in Food Science and Technology, he has mentored and coached staff in World Class Practices including Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) & Kaizen. He boasts of 18 years' experience leading both food and feed manufacturing win- ning teams in Kenya and Uganda.
