Education

•  – Minimum Ordinary Level Certificate
•  – Must have a driving permit

Experience

•  – Minimum 3years working in the same role, preferably in an FMCG company.

Roles/Responsibilities

• – Daily inspection of the technical conditions of the company vehicle and ensuring full-time operability.
• – Drive carefully at all times and ensure the safety of passengers, company goods, and other road users and the assigned vehicles.
• – Attend to emergencies while on duty.
• – Report all vehicle service requirements and recommend a schedule of maintenance or repair of the vehicle.
• – Ensure the cleanliness of the assigned vehicle.
• – Supervision of repairs and maintenance of the company vehicle.
• – Complete daily logs (mileage, fuel consumption, routes) and submit a report to the supervisor for verification on a timely basis.

• – Follow up on accident cases with the police and provide the required documents for processing insurance claims.
• – Ensuring all authorized passengers are well seated to avoid causing accidents.

• – Data/Records for cost per repair (Labor/parts), repair time, Return Job, Percentage of first-time fixes, Ratio of warranty, internal & external repairs.
• – Parts Placements, battery maintenance, and Electrical system service
  Suspension & Sterring Repairs, Braking System Repairs, Tyree maintenance, wheel alignment and balancing.
• – Tensions on belts, condition of the coolant system, Adjustments, and replacements.
• – Engine performance diagnostics, Greasing and Lubricating the fleet and Equipment.
• – Intermittent Service, Full service.
